We expanded our cleanroom footprint by 40% in Q1 2026. Here is what that means for your projects.

Skincare with high water content (toners, essences, gel moisturisers) needs Class 100,000 fill environments to hit modern microbiological standards. We added 1,200 m² in Q1 to support growing demand — total cleanroom capacity now 4,800 m² across four bays.
The bays are independently HVAC-controlled, so a fragranced lotion run cannot cross-contaminate a sensitive baby formula in the next bay. Real-time particle counting is logged to a shared dashboard you can audit per batch. Net effect: more parallel runs without bottlenecking each other.
