Sample Development
14–21 days
Our R&D lab builds 1–3 formula samples. You evaluate texture, scent and performance; we iterate within ±0.5% raw-material accuracy on each round.

Sample Approval
7–10 days
Final sample is signed off in writing. We freeze the formula, INCI list and full spec sheet so production matches the approved sample exactly.

Production Run
25–45 days
Pilot batch first to validate scale-up, then full production on dedicated lines. You track real-time progress via a shared dashboard.

QC & Packaging
5–7 days
Triple QC: in-line, post-fill and post-packing. We test microbiology, weight tolerance and visual integrity against the approved gold sample.

Logistics & Shipping
7–14 days
Documents handled in-house — COA, MSDS, free-sale, FDA/CPNP submissions where required. DDP delivery to your warehouse, anywhere.
