Who we are
Serphodie is a global OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturer registered in Guangzhou, China. References to "we", "us" or "Serphodie" in this policy mean Serphodie.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through this site we collect: your name, company / brand, email address, phone number, country, product category, MOQ band and the brief you write in the message field. We may also log IP address and user-agent string for spam and security analysis. We do not use marketing cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information solely to reply to your inquiry and, where you proceed, to manage the resulting OEM project. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting / CDN / anti-bot) and Resend (transactional email) to operate this site. Inquiry data passes through these services in transit and is retained briefly per their standard logs. Both vendors hold relevant security certifications.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 days. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively.
